Self Care is perceived of as luxury, and/or selfish, which is not the case. It is an absolute necessity for combatting stress, anxiety, preventing burnout. This will enable you to remain calm, focused and centered, which is essential for doing your job well. It is also about knowing what we need to do to take care of ourselves, while being, able to take care of others as well. That is, if I don’t take care of myself, I won’t be able to care for my loved ones either.
So my program is the right system with the right process. The right accountability to move you forward when you are falling off track. Along with the right support through the whole process.

My six steps in my system are:
- Clarity: To gain clarity of where you are and where you want to be. What is sucking your energy and making daily life miserable.
- Education: We need to educate ourselves on how our body and mind tell us things in ways not to think.
- Flow: Finding something that makes us excited, that makes us flow, that groove inside us. Flow into enlightenment.
- Balance: There needs to be balance in our life and in everything that we do.
- Gratitude: To accept better things, we must show gratitude.
- Integrate: Last but not least, is to go over everything and integrate it into our lives. There is nothing that you can’t do. This made to be simple and to work with what you already have going on, and we can integrate things in.
